SAVANNAKHET, LAO PDR — The Lao National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LNCCI), alongside high-level dignitaries of the Savannakhet Administrative Committee and international diplomatic delegates, gathered on Friday at Savan Park SEZ to formally express unified backing for the Savan Nexus AI and Digital Campus initiative.

Representing the private enterprise sector, Mr. Thanongsinh Kanlagna, Executive Vice President of LNCCI, commended Chairman Mr. Tee Chee Seng and Savan Golden Property Development for steering private capital into cutting-edge digital foundations that directly complement the Lao Government's 2026-2030 National Digital Transformation Agenda.
The assembly drew over 60 delegates including provincial administrative commissioners, directors of industry and commerce, telecommunication regulators, and overseas business chambers, underscoring the deep multisectoral momentum behind the project.
Fostering High-Skill Employment & Innovation
Beyond physical server racks, the Savan Nexus project incorporates a dedicated Digital Campus component designed to cultivate local IT talent, train young Lao software engineers in cloud architecture, and attract regional tech startups to base their operations within the duty-free and tax-advantaged environment of Savan Park SEZ Zone C.
Provincial agencies have confirmed streamlined administrative coordination, swift environmental evaluations, and utility facilitation to ensure rapid milestone completion.
